App: AvoidZero: Cash Flow Forecast Effective: September 8, 2026 Last Updated: September 16, 2026

The short version: AvoidZero is designed so that the financial information you enter into the app is processed and stored locally on your device. Zero Permission LLC does not automatically receive or collect your financial inputs, profiles, projections, simulations, or optimization results through the app.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zero Permission LLC handles information in connection with:

AvoidZero is designed so that the financial information you enter into the app is processed and stored locally on your device. Zero Permission LLC does not automatically receive or collect your financial inputs, profiles, projections, simulations, or optimization results through the app.

This Privacy Policy does not govern information processed independently by Google, your device manufacturer, your operating system, your email provider, your selected file-storage or sharing services, or other third parties.

2. Information Stored and Processed by AvoidZero

AvoidZero may store and process the following information locally on your device:

AvoidZero uses this information to provide its forecasting, simulation, optimization, backup, export, and related app functions.

Your financial information and related app content are stored in the app's local database on your device. AvoidZero does not automatically upload that information to Zero Permission LLC, a cloud-storage service, an analytics platform, or an advertising network.

3. Information We Do Not Automatically Collect Through the App

Based on the app's current design, Zero Permission LLC does not use AvoidZero to automatically collect or receive:

AvoidZero and its dependencies do not include Firebase, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, remote crash-reporting services, remote telemetry, or third-party tracking technologies.

AvoidZero does not connect to bank accounts, initiate transactions, hold funds, or move money. Release-build log calls are gated behind a debug-only flag and compiled out of release builds.

4. Google Play Billing

AvoidZero uses Google Play Billing to process app purchases and feature unlocks. Purchases may include one-time, non-consumable purchases made available through the app.

Google, rather than Zero Permission LLC, processes the payment transaction. Google may process information associated with your purchase, such as:

Zero Permission LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account information through AvoidZero.

Google's processing of purchase information is governed by Google's applicable terms, privacy policy, and Google Play practices. Google may retain transaction records independently of AvoidZero. Uninstalling AvoidZero does not delete records maintained by Google.

AvoidZero queries Google Play's purchase-status API to determine whether a feature has been purchased, activated, or restored. The app does not receive or store purchase tokens, order IDs, or other billing metadata beyond a local entitlement flag that is re-derived from Google Play's purchase-status API. Restore Purchases re-queries Google Play. This information is used only to provide access to the applicable app features and is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.

5. Notification Permission

AvoidZero may request permission to send notifications on supported Android devices. This permission is used only for optional financial-runway alerts and similar app reminders.

These alerts are scheduled and generated entirely on your device through Android WorkManager. AvoidZero does not use a remote push-notification provider or remote push token to deliver them.

You may decline or disable notification permission through your device settings. Disabling notifications will prevent optional alerts but will not prevent you from using AvoidZero's other available features.

AvoidZero does not request access to sensitive device features such as your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

6. Backup, Export, and Sharing Features

AvoidZero may allow you to create backup files, export data, or generate reports. Depending on the available app features, these materials may include:

These files are generated locally on your device at your direction. They leave your device only when you select a destination through Android's share or save picker, and you choose whether and where to save, transfer, or share them.

For example, you may choose to send or store an exported file using:

Zero Permission LLC does not automatically receive a copy of your backup files, exports, or reports. Once you direct a file to another app, provider, person, or location, the file will be handled according to the recipient's or provider's own privacy and security practices.

You are responsible for protecting, managing, and deleting the files you create or export.

7. Support Communications

AvoidZero may provide a Report an Issue feature or an email link that allows you to contact Zero Permission LLC. Report an Issue opens an editable draft in your selected email app.

Contacting support is optional and initiated by you. The app does not automatically send a report or other information to Zero Permission LLC. When you choose to contact support, the editable email draft prefills only the following limited technical information:

The support feature does not automatically include or attach financial data, the app database, backup files, screenshots, projections, simulations, or optimization results. You should review the editable email draft and any attachments you choose to add before sending it and avoid including sensitive financial or personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Support communications are transmitted through your selected email provider and received through Zero Permission LLC's support email service. Email providers and forwarding services may process and retain messages according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Zero Permission LLC may retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, document the issue, maintain business records, improve the app, protect legal rights, or comply with applicable law.

8. Data Sharing

Zero Permission LLC does not sell, rent, or use your AvoidZero financial information for advertising.

Because the app is designed to process user financial information locally, Zero Permission LLC does not ordinarily possess that information and therefore does not share it with third parties.

Information may nevertheless be processed outside the app in the following circumstances:

9. Local Storage and Security

AvoidZero stores app information in a local database within the app's protected storage area on your Android device.

The app relies on Android's device security features, including operating-system sandboxing and any device-level encryption enabled or provided by your device. AvoidZero does not independently encrypt its local database at rest.

Android automatic cloud backup is configured to exclude AvoidZero's financial database and its trial and purchase-status files. AvoidZero does not provide automatic cloud synchronization for that information. The trial is managed entirely in local device storage.

No storage or security system can guarantee complete security. The protection of locally stored information also depends on factors outside Zero Permission LLC's control, including:

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and any backup files, exports, reports, or support communications you create.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

App-Managed Local Data

AvoidZero retains your app data locally on your device while the app remains installed or until you delete or replace that information through available app functions.

Uninstalling AvoidZero deletes its local database and app-managed files from the device.

Because Zero Permission LLC does not maintain user accounts or cloud copies of your financial information, Zero Permission LLC generally cannot access or remotely delete your locally stored app data.

User-Created Files

Uninstalling AvoidZero does not necessarily delete files you created, exported, saved, transferred, or shared outside the app's protected storage.

You must separately delete backup files, CSV exports, PDF reports, or other copies from:

Support Communications

Support emails and related correspondence may remain in your email account, Zero Permission LLC's support inbox, and the systems of applicable email or forwarding providers. These communications may be retained as described in Section 7.

Google Play Records

Uninstalling AvoidZero does not delete Google Play purchase, transaction, account, or distribution records. Requests concerning information held by Google must be directed to Google and are governed by Google's applicable policies.

11. Children's Privacy

AvoidZero is a financial forecasting and simulation tool intended for adults. It is not designed, directed, or marketed to children, and it is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. AvoidZero is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions that apply a higher age of digital consent).

Zero Permission LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through AvoidZero. The app does not provide user accounts, advertising, or developer-operated cloud storage for user financial information.

If you believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information to Zero Permission LLC through a support communication, please contact us at the address listed below. We will review the request and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

A Google Play content rating, including an "Everyone" rating, describes app content and does not change the intended audience or privacy practices described in this policy.

12. International Users

AvoidZero may be downloaded or used in jurisdictions outside the United States. The app's core financial-data processing occurs locally on the user's device.

If you voluntarily contact Zero Permission LLC, information in your communication may be transmitted to and processed in the United States or other locations where relevant email, hosting, security, or service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

By voluntarily sending information to Zero Permission LLC, you acknowledge that the information may be processed in those locations, subject to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights concerning personal information that Zero Permission LLC actually holds about you, such as support correspondence and website infrastructure records. Because Zero Permission LLC does not maintain app accounts or receive your locally stored financial information or Google Play purchase tokens, order IDs, or billing metadata, it generally will not possess information responsive to a request concerning your in-app data, and such requests are best addressed by using the app's own data-management and deletion functions.

European Union and United Kingdom Users. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies to information that Zero Permission LLC controls, Zero Permission LLC acts as the data controller for that information. Zero Permission LLC processes such information on the following legal bases: performance of, or steps taken at your request prior to, a contract (for example, responding to a support request); its legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving AvoidZero and its website and in maintaining business records; compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, your consent.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact Zero Permission LLC using the details in the "Contact Us" section. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Where information is transferred to the United States or other countries, Zero Permission LLC relies on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

United States State Privacy Rights. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), and to the extent those laws apply to Zero Permission LLC, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Zero Permission LLC does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, contact Zero Permission LLC using the details in the "Contact Us" section; we may take reasonable steps to verify your request before responding.

13. The Zero Permission Website

The zeropermission.llc website is informational and is operated separately from the local data-processing functions of AvoidZero.

Based on the website's current configuration:

Selecting an email link opens your device's or browser's selected email application. Any message is sent only if you choose to send it.

Cloudflare Pages and the website's other hosting, DNS, security, email, and infrastructure providers may automatically maintain ordinary technical records, such as:

These records may be created and retained by infrastructure providers for operational, security, troubleshooting, abuse-prevention, and legal purposes. Zero Permission LLC does not use these ordinary infrastructure access or security records for analytics, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking.

Third-party infrastructure and email providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Third-Party Services and External Destinations

AvoidZero and the Zero Permission website may interact with services operated by third parties, including:

Zero Permission LLC does not control the privacy, security, retention, or data-handling practices of these third parties. You should review their policies before sending information to or using their services.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Zero Permission LLC may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect:

When the policy is revised, the Last Updated date at the top will be changed. Additional notice may be provided through the app, the website, or another appropriate method when required by applicable law or when changes materially affect the practices described here.

Your continued use of AvoidZero after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any non-waivable rights or protections available to you under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence.
